The end of the year is fast approaching. Preparations for the holidays are visible everywhere, lights on houses, decorations in the yard, Christmas trees in windows. No matter where you look, you see signs of the coming celebrations. You know there will be families gathered around tables of fabulous food, sharing stories of the past year, telling jokes, giving gifts, and raising glasses in toast of family, friends, and love.
Thanksgiving passed at the speed of light this year for us, and we failed not only at our annual tradition of sharing what we are thankful for at dinner with the family, but also with our crew and staff here at Pond Digger Ranch. So today, we are writing to say our thanks to all that are important to us.
We are thankful for the family and friends that come to ranch and help us to celebrate the joy and beauty of this season, spending time with us, enjoying the snow and the animals here at the ranch. People continuously remark on the peacefulness of the ranch.
A visit at the ranch is always good for the soul, and we are thankful to be able to share this with family, friends, and clients. Time relaxing and contemplating life on the porch, looking out across the valley, is never wasted time.
We are thankful for this amazing career that allows us to work from the ranch. We could not have this fabulous career without the support of our customers, those pond freaks near and far, that support our business.
Whether you are a client that we installed a pond for, a DIY customer that purchased a pond kit from us, or one of our online customers, we would like to give YOU a huge thank you, from the bottom of our hearts.
We are also thankful for our amazing contractors and distributors that sell and install our Helix Life Support. Thank you for spreading the word of our product line and installing Helix pond products. We appreciate the love and support that you show Helix pond products.
We are thankful for the wonderful crew and staff at Pond Digger Ranch. The Installation Crew; Justin Siler, Josh Taylor, Josh Munson, Austin Johnson, Matthew Marin, Mark Vander Woude, Doug Strikwerda, Kyle Appleby, Israel Rodriguez. The Service Technician; Mikey Centlivre The Office Staff; Kathy Jo Ferreira, Melody Jackson. The Retail Staff; April Triplett, Nick Centlivre. The Ranch Hands; Travis Case, Cameron Mondello, and of course I personally, want to thank my amazing husband Eric Triplett who had the dream of this crazy career. Who would ever have thought that we could support all of these families by installing fish ponds?!?!!
We are thankful for the love of all of our family and friends. With their support our dreams have become reality. While Eric spends his days in the field, my days are divided between helping people with their DIY pond projects and caring for the revolving wildlife temporarily remanded to my care during their rehabilitation.
Whether it is orphaned baby squirrels, skunks, and opossum, or wounded hawks, owls, and bobcats, the flexibility of my job allows me to care for them until they are ready to return to the wild, flitting back to their secret life among the trees and the stars. This fills our hearts with a joy that we cannot begin to describe.
We truly hope you enjoy your holiday season this year, and if you get a chance, take a moment to be thankful for your family, and friends, your health, the delicious food on your table, the roof over your head. There really is a lot to be thankful for.
“We can’t wait to see you at the ranch!”
-Eric & Leslie Triplett
