Why you should be there, even if you don’t have a pond yet?

The All American Koi Show is a fantastic to place to learn about the art of Japanese koi. 

And it truly is an art form for the Japanese culture.  

Centuries of dedication to this craft of selective breeding for health, color, and conformation has made koi what they are today. 

Their love and fascination with colorful and amazing koi has created this worldwide hobby from a plain gray fish. 

The last show had over seven thousand attendees viewing over three million dollars of koi that competed for the ultimate title,  Grand Champion of the All American Koi Show. The attendees vary from hobbyists to contractors, to koi professionals, manufacturers of koi products and equipment, and people, just like you, who wonder, “What the heck goes on at a koi show?

There are vendor and education booths that have products for you to actually lay your hands on and inspect, and get all your questions about them answered.

The top koi judges in the world will be there to learn from. 

Though they probably won’t have the fabulous style of Ryan Rash, these judges know what they’re looking for when it comes to koi.
