I want to update my review from July 2nd...just to add more accolades to the staff at Ponddigger...i know they didn't make this kit, and they have bent over backwards to accommodate and remedy the situation...their customer service has been TOP NOTCH...I can't stress this enough. Too many times in dealing online as an anonymous buyer, I have felt anonymous to the company. Not so with Ponddigger and their staff...wish I could just stop by the store to chat these folks, but the west coast is a little out of the way! Thank you again for caring about your customers.....

this pond kit is not at all easy...the plumbing installation instructions are very poor....you absolutely have to have plumbing experience for this kit..also the liner that was supplied was too small for our site..and we didn't even dig the site to 8x11..ours was 8x8 and the liner did not fit...had to call pond digger and have them send a new one that would fit and no have to wait another 5-7 days.My plants that i dug up are not going to be very happy....very disappointed in this kit. For $1200 this should have been spot on with everything...the pond digger staf, Joe Eric and Crystal (?)have been great, but this is not easy. i also have pieces in the kit that i have no idea where they go...again, the installation "easy as 1-2-3" instructions did not even show a picture of them ( i happen to know they are the filter media, but they don't show me where i'm supposed to place them-plus there's a large plastic piece that doesn't fit anywhere )There are also extra short pieces of PVC that i have no idea what to do with...all in all, i'm not sure if i would market this kit as being easy. This is my second pond installation, and the company would do well by re-writing the instructions to be more detail oriented and explain the plumbing better, and suggest that plumbing experience is necessary..
